How Hiring a Dress Works?
- 1. The rental period is four or eight days.
- We suggest requesting delivery minimum two days before your event.
- 2. The dress will arrive on the chosen by you delivery date.
- Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail before 1 pm.
- 3. Once your order have been delivered, please try the dresses on and post back anything that don’t fit before 6 pm on the delivery date.
- 4. You can request a refund by submitting a return form below:
- 5. Successful orders to be returned on the last day of the dress hire.
- Returns are free and easy, the instructions and pre-paid label sent with the dress.
- 6. Finally, since June 2019 we will require a Bank Transfer as a form of payment. Credit cards will not be accepted.

- How Bank Transfer works?
- 1. Place the order as usual but without making a payment, once checkout is complete you will receive Bank Instructions.
- We will not ship the items until payment received.
- 2. In a case of a cancellation, refunds will be transferred back to your bank account.
