When do I return the dresses?
The dress you wear to your event will need to be posted back on the last day of your rental. If you place an order for a 4 day rental period, post the dresses back not later than on day 4 before 5PM. If the last day of your rental is a Sunday, dresses can be returned no later than Monday.
Do I need to Dry Clean the dresses?
No, we will take care of dry cleaning!
How much does insurance cost?
Insurance is included in the rental price already.
What doesn't insurance cover?
Significant destructions such as tear, cigarette burns or theft are not covered by insurance.
What if the dress I ordered doesn't fit?
It can be stressful not knowing whether a dress will fit, that's why we offer back-up sizes to ensure the fit. Your options: We can send you a replacement dress in time for your event - free of charge. To request replacement dress please place new order. Orders placed before 2.30pm will be delivered the next day. You can order maximum of two dresses.
Or if you wish we will refund your order back to your card. For a valid refund email us on the delivery day before 5.30pm and fill out the cancellation form online. Cancellation form have to be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not provide phone support for cancellations and replacements. Please provide proof of postage for a valid refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have in mind you can not cancel order over the phone, we need email confirmation.
Can I order two or more styles?
You can place an order for two different styles. Return one of the styles on the delivery date for a refund. We will ship maximum two dresses at the time. We offer either back up size, or second style not both.
Can I keep both the original and back-up size for the full rental period?
Yes, you can.
How do I send the back-up size back?
Every order includes a pre-paid return envelope with label attached. Place the dress inside the envelope and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. Keep proof of postage and email it to us.
How does second size work?
We offer one back-up size per order. When you add your size and back-up size to your shopping cart, you will only pay for one dress plus small fee of £10.00 for a back-up size for selected styles. Return both dresses together on the last day of your rental.
Can my package be delivered to a hotel or to my work?
If you would like your package to be delivered to a hotel or your office, please enter a different shipping address when placing the order. It is advisable to contact the hotel first to ensure they will be able to accept and hold your delivery.
What time will my dress arrive?
All deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm during week days and Fridays. The courier will provide tracking information and a delivery slot.
Can I have my order delivered the same day?
We offer same day delivery within Central London, however this is not always guaranteed. Please get in touch before placing your order if your event is on the same day.
Do you ship outside of the UK?

Do you offer try on services?
Yes, try on services are £20, plus shipping. For a try on service, place a regular order selecting a 4 day rental period. Add in the comments that it is a try on service. Once you receive your dress, try it on and return the same day.
